10/10 Excellent
"Check in was a breeze with wonderful customer service. The room was really nice. I almost felt like I was the first person to stay in the room. They had free valet parking and even had my car fully charged upon my departure. All of the machines are "new" which is something I have to get over, but the players area was a lot of fun and had a good vibe. Clean refreshing pool and APEX is close with Go-Karts and all kinds of fun stuff for the kiddos. I didn't try any of the restaurants, but got a pizza to take to my room and it hit the spot. I was traveling alone (woman) as a pit stop for one night, but felt super safe and had fun. Would return if the opportunity comes."

"Enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room we had with a king bed was very comfortable, with more than expected room. The only issue was a discrepancy between our booked rate and the higher rate we were charged at the property. I have contacted Expedia and hoping to get the issue resolved."

"The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice lots of room and it was clean. And for breakfast, they had a large selection and everything tasted great.Very cute small town. We had left like Tahoe and wanted a place to stay between there in San Francisco and Placerville was the perfect place."

"The room i was in was okay the floor was dirty like it hadn't been moped the bathroom was clean till you looked at mirror which was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. When I left the room to check out I stripped the bed to make sure there were no stains that they would try and blame on me, there were no stains. The only reason I choose to stay here is because they are the closest place to where I park my truck and they don't have a bad reputation like the hotel just up the street."

"The girls in the office were extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast and coffee in the lobby were a huge plus. We were only there over night but I’m definitely planning on coming back!!"

"We loved our room and the whole space. It was beautifully done. Parking was easy. Main street Sutter Creek was walkable and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants. We did a wine tasting and olive oil tasting at Bella Grace which was nice. We loved all of the old architecture along the street. We would have done the Foundry tour, but it was closed."

"Although the rooms were very clean and staff was very polite, the open space concept is not ideal for travelers who are in need of a good night sleep. Our rooms were located directly above the lobby area and you could hear every single conversation Word for Word. There was a huge gap around the doors so that could be a big issue and also you could hear the people snoring next door so the walls were paper thin."
