"Left one day early...I request a 1 day refund to my cc. Room smelling like musty cigarette smoke. Road noise all night-slept poorly. Barely a trickle of water in morning for a shower! Please reply to my request."

"It felt ‘like home’ the minute we walked in to the lobby. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My husband became ill while we were there and the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed!! The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was nice. I would highly recommend this facility."

"Hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, staff very helpful, how-ever if we had known the hotel was under repairs/construction we would have stayed elsewhere. It was not reported that the hotel was being remodeled while we were there either by the hotel or Hotels.com - no floor tiles in areas no wallpaper in others public restrooms were a no - down to a few tables in breakfast area due to work/tools. we had gone to Nebraska so we booked in advance a night going out and night coming back. On return trip a lot of work had been completed but was still under construction."

"No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. There was a mini fridge and microwave, both unplugged, in the room and water on the floor, which was rough-textured linoleum tiling. Bathtub faucet would not shut off all the way. No latch on door. Initially gave us the rwong room keys. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Bates Motel would be a step up!"
