"Shuttle from the airport is supposed to run every half hour, that was not the case. Thankfully, another shuttle service from a nearby hotel took us.
Upon arrival, when we opened our door, we walked into a room that was in the process of being painted. Had to go back down to the lobby to be reassigned a different room. The next morning, I had to take a cold shower and shavd with cold water as there was no hot water. My wife was unable because she would refuse to take a cold shower. When I tried to make a phone call from the room, the phone didn’t work. Needless to say, not a great stay."
