The property was nice overall. A little run down in places. We were told that we were being given an up graded room when we checked in and it had been recently updated. It was clean and decent but still well worn. The man who checked us in didn’t smile or greet us warmly but was all business. Casino staff were super friendly and pleasant as well as the restaurant staff. Parking charge is excessive for self parking at 20$ per day. Add that to 30$ per day resort fee and 5$ for who knows what and we paid an additional 55$ per day at checkout. They were very up front about the charge though. I’m sure people complain often. Just put it in your rate and stop the rediculous added fees!! It was about what you would expect from a casino hotel. We had a great time so I can’t really complain. Next time I would stay at a smaller, nearby property and just walk to all casinos for entertainment honestly

Ventilation in the property was poor in the casino and outside the room areas. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was satisfactory but not great.

The only reason way am rating this lower is because when we checked in, the person in the check in counter seemed like he doesn’t want to listen to what am trying to explain and keeps on shutting me up when am talking. He called the manager instead but as soon as I explained to her she understood me right away. Please let your customer explain and try to understand and be open minded if not then it is not good for the business. Other than that issue, Harrah’s still one good place to stay in Tahoe. Thank you.

“We recently spent four nights at Stateline Harrah's Hotel in South Lake Tahoe and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Harrah's Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lake Tahoe."

The property is outdated, few usable amenities, nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke, downstairs arcade and dinning area smell of stagnant water/sewage, parking lot had broken glass everywhere. Slot machine selection is poor and dates. Staff was friendly enough. Location and views are good though

Was upgraded without charge to a room with a beautiful view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When they brought our bags to us and I asked where the ice was he went and filled it for us. Room was very spacious and loved having two bathrooms. Room was very clean. Furnishings were old and showed wear and tear but everything was functional and clean. I would rather pay a lower price than having to have everything always shiny and new. If something isn’t broken why do we always feel the need to replace it for something more modern or new. Safe, clean, functional and good hospitality are at the top of my list. Only complaint was food. Wish their cafe was open for dinner. Limited choices for dinner. Didn’t want to go to a nice dinner with $$$ wanted something mid range but not fast food. Had to walk across the street to Harvey’s to the Bar and Grill but it was limited on choices. Have always like the coffee shops at Casinos for easy sit down meals. More and more have gone away from them. All in all a great stay.

The rooms are run down and dirty, it’s as if the room was empty for days and not touched when it came to cleaning. It was disappointing and disgusting, I had to put blankets and towels all over the floor and bathroom just to be able to step around the room. Please don’t believe the pictures online, along with the room being dirty, the furniture was also broken and run down.

Staff were welcoming, friendly, inviti g and professional. Everything here was so amazing from start to finish. Room is beautiful for the price, and food has been excellent. Entertainment was fabulous, and overall atmosphere was awesome. The area is absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous.

Customer service was excellent. Room was clean and view was amazing. Furniture needed some TLC. Chips and very dated. Walls needed touch up paint. This king bed room had two bathrooms which was nice.

I loved the size of the room and the two bathrooms. The room was clean, and the dining options were good. The only thing that disappointed was that the jacuzzi was closed.

This property is an absolute dump. Our room had peeling wallpaper, an unknown white stain on the sofa, rusted metal door jamb going into the bathroom which could have snagged an unsuspecting bare foot. Additionally we were charged a resort fee, but I don’t know what it was for as we never had any maid service during our stay. To call this place a “resort” would be a stretch. We won’t be back.

Great location to the Gondola without the huge price of some of the other locations. Nice staff. Spacious room with 2 BATHROOMS! We really liked the windows being angled so we could see both the lake and the mountain.

The front desk reception customer service was not very informative and not helpful. The hot tub was not functioning, not sure how I was paying a resort fee if this was part of the amenity.
