"The lobby is very nice but you can tell that the upkeep of the rooms is not the best. The carpeting in the room was what grossed me out. The carpet just felt dirty to walk on without shoes. The patio was OK, no view to enjoy. The umbrella was not even put up and it was not cement on the deck, it looked like outdoor carpeting. The hallways had sections that were flooded! "Bed comforters needed to be washed. They were very dirty on the top you could tell. When we first arrived to check in, I was needing to find a parking spot. I was stopped by a man in a golf cart, questioning in a rude way what I was doing there. I replied to check in. Seem like he was always watching us on the two days you were there. "Be prepared to pay $23 a night to park your car here. Apparently paying for a room isn’t enough. Parking AT Disneyland is $20 a day. We paid almost $50 on top of the room rate to park on the property. There is also a “destination” fee and $100 deposit. So our $80 a night room was an additional $175 at check in. "We stayed here on a Disneyland trip, and they were very accommodating when I apparently booked a room with ONE king bed for 4 of us. They gave us extra bedding for the air mattresses we got, and replaced towels and emptied the trash for us, so that was helpful. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that we never got to use the pool or hot tub, since we were there “after hours” or it was being cleaned."
