"I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Upon arrival, the property felt dated, unclean, and had a stale, musty odor throughout.
Our room was not well-maintained. The sheets didn’t even fit the bed properly, which immediately gave the impression that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking. When we turned on the heat, the smell coming from the air conditioning unit was awful and strongly resembled urine.
To make matters worse, the entire building was undergoing construction, something guests should be informed of before booking. The elevator was also out of service for an entire day, creating a major inconvenience.
The pool area was disappointing as well. There were fire ants around the pool, and I ended up with multiple bites on my feet.
The one positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which was convenient and close to everything we needed. However, with other options available nearby, I would strongly recommend choosing one of those instead. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the price, the photos, or the expectations set by the listing."
