"The area that it’s in was a little scary when we pulled up to the hotel but inside the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. Amenities included. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was SO KIND every single time and request. The sweetest people! We would definitely stay again if we come back to Spokane."

"Friendly staff and the hotel was ideally and superbly located on the Spokane River with easy access to the riverfront trails and downtown Spokane. Outside the hotel on the trails there was also easy access to the trail going east to the University District. Spokane is a lovely town and the hotel was well situated to take advantage of that. Would have loved a riverfront balcony room but out of our price range sadly. They look great though. Breakfast and the night bistro with one free drink per person were both great. In common with most hotels these days, regular room maintenance and cleaning continues to be an issue with no easy resolution. It was understandable during covid restrictions but less so five years on. Parking was easy too. Pool was nice but small."
