"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "Villa was well situated. Slight confusion re inclusive items on the website listing. ie no towels or bed linen on arrival despite being listed as included. This as however rectified very quickly once reported. Pool was fantastic and overall had a fantastic stay. Restaurant and shop within a stones throw was a massive benefit. "

"Das sogenannte Ferienhaus ist ein Appartment in einer Anlage. Für uns buchungsentscheidend waren die Punkte "Privater Parkplatz" und "WLAN". Beide waren nicht vorhanden oder nicht nutzbar. Nach Reklamation gab es zwar einen kleinen Rabatt, aber das Problem konnte nicht gelöst werden. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Immerhin scheinen die Fehlinformationen inzwischen aus dem Angebot entfernt zu sein. Genauso wie die Fehlinformation, man würde Englisch sprechen. Das Appartment...

"Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, positiv: Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Ausstattung, Platzangebot für 2 Personen + Hund, Pool (der Pool-Wart kam 1 x pro Woche), Lage im Carrer Port Moxo/Port Royal. Schade war: auf dem 2 Balkon (Schatten am Nachmittag) war auf den Fotos eine kleine Lounge-Garnitur. Die war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht da, daher konnte dieser Bereich gar nicht genutzt werden. "Wir habe zwei schöne Wochen in dem Haus mit einzigartigem Blick auf das Meer und die Pyräneen verbracht. Das Haus ist für vier Erwachsene gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, einziger Minuspunkt ist das Fehlen eines Esstisches im Haus. Bei entsprechender Witterung ist der Essbereich auf dem Balkon mit dem Ausblick unschlagbar. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "
