"I think for the money and the proximity to downtown it's hard to beat the value, that being said there's a few things to consider when staying there. Our room was right next to the dining room/kitchen so there was definitely some noise bleed. Additionally, I found the beds in the Avanti room to be quite uncomfortable. They seemed to be older spring mattresses, and I do think the stay would be much improved with newer, more comfortable mattresses. We also had issues with the ac which made our first night uncomfortably warm, but the host was extremely responsive and fixed the issue the next day. Overall, nice stay at the Avanti House."
