"This is a delightful hotel. Very well located, with a beautiful and active (in a good way) courtyard restaurant and bar. Lovely lounge and eating areas, great breakfast, very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The lack of air conditioning, noise from the street and incomplete room cleaning (like taking away a shower towel but not replacing it) were negatives but minor issues for what was an overall very pleasant stay. "

Only slight niggles were the shower was tempramental - great pressure but temperature was inconsistent and the Bar wasn't open. "Overall it’s a great hotel but it definitely should be updated if they want to continue calling it a 5 star. Our room had a great view and layout but the bathroom had some chipped paint and the shower was small and had no glass, letting my water splash the floor outside the shower a lot. Also, it only has one old elevator that is an original elevator, so it looks cool but it’s small. The stairs are convenient but tiring if above the 4th floor. Staff was super nice and the location is perfect!...
