"Property is currently being renovated and you can't use the stairs. Rooms have been renovated and look nice. Balconies look out onto a dismal parking lot/commercial area. The layout is awkward with the elevator located in the parking garage (no access from lobby). Please note, in addition to your room key, you need the elevator access key card that opens the door from the parking garage to get to the elevator. If you don't have this, you will be locked out."

"We loved our stay in Solana Beach. The property was perfect for our family. The location near Fletcher’s Cove was great Beach access. Our only complaint was the ants that we could not seem to get rid of; which we understand is an issue for beach locations. We bought some storage containers for our food and the host brought over additional traps, so we made it work. The beds were good, the amenities and thoughtfulness of the hosts/owners were the best of any VRBO we’ve stayed at, from spices, towels, beach supplies, etc. We would stay here again."

"Great location and cool condo complex. Andrea was very helpful with finding the property and providing things to do in the area. The overall grounds and amenities of property are a little run down and in need a maintenance. Pool gate locks don't work, broken doors, showers turned off. The actual condo is a little dated but completely workable. Could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the kitchen and the sliding doors in the smaller bedroom are screwed shut. Since the place does not have A/C this makes it hard to get a cross breeze in that bedroom. Overall a good experience in a cool area. Thank you"
