"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....
