“Outstanding - Ridiculously Excellent Service from an Excellent Hotel”

This has to be the best hotel to stay at in Singapore. It is in a class of its own. I do not often write reviews, but I felt compelled on this occassion to honour the truly outstanding experience that I had here. The room: particularly comfortable, peaceful, excellent view, professionally serviced, technologically modern, but stylishly so and everything worked... The hotel: excellent breakfast, great main bar and awesome rooftop bar and pool... The location: right by the stunning bay, excellent view of the Marina Sands Hotel (which you would not see if you were staying there!), only a short walk to the cultural district and many other attractions... The service: quite simply the best service I have ever experienced. From check-in where I was shown to my room by the same lady that checked me in, to the efficiency of response to any request, to their constant (but somehow simultaneously unobtrusive) attentiveness, to their continued hospitality toward me as a guest on the final day of my stay right through until the evening (despite my having checked out earlier that day)... In short, I unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore...

“A great hotel with a chic roof top bar”

The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is bit pricy but worth the money.

“Just what was needed”

Stayed at the Fullerton Bay Hotel after a month long work trip. Extremely satisfied with this hotel on all levels. The rooms was well appointed with a lovely balcony view over the bay. I appreciated the included extras such as complimentary wireless internet, newspaper, in room coffee and water. Room was large and luxurious. Service was excellent from the moment I stepped out of the cab till leaving the next day when I had to check out of my room but had many hours before my plane left. They provided me with a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer before leaving for the airport after walking around in the hot, humid Singapore weather. I also left my mobile phone in a shop and only realised as I was about to leave for the airport and the concierge made the appropriate phone calls and arranged for the phone to be delivered to me at the hotel. Great location right on the bay - walking distance to many attractions and only a couple of blocks from some excellent food markets/stalls (Festival Markets). Loved the intimate nature of the hotel. I had wanted to stay at the Marina Bay Sands but it was booked out. I visited there the next day and found it large and impersonal - glad with my choice of the Fullerton Bay. Just what was needed.

“Complete indulgence and superb customer service”

This hotel is, by far, the best hotel I have ever had the chance to stay in. The quality of the rooms, food, and hotel in general was excellent. There is nothing that I would change. Our trip fell on my sister birthday and reception brought up a cake and a card to celebrate which was fantastic. The staff at lantern bar (especially Guddy) were absolutely fantastic in organising a surprise night for my sister. They helped me with all the things I had wanted to plan, plus extra.

“Fabulous Fullerton Bay”

As always staying in Singapore is fantastic, this hotel was absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing staff. Friendly and helpful in every way. Had a fantastic room with a view of the bay and immaculately presented. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel anytime you are visiting beautiful Singapore.

“Convenient and comfortable”

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent all around traveling for a personal holiday and stayed for a week. I was impressed with the professionalism of all staff that I encountered and the food service was excellent. My only complaint would be that while on the surface the hotel appears quite clean and one sees great attention to the lobby and pool areas. The entire week of my stay, I made a daily stroll past room 406 to watch the demise of a potato chip that started whole and by the end of five days was slowly crumbled into smaller fragments. Nonetheless, very obvious and I was surprised that no one bothered to address over the course of an entire week; perhaps the hallways are cleaned on a 7-day cycle?
