“I wished I could have stayed longer.”
It is was a very brief stay but we thoroughly enjoyed the room, the view, and the facilities. It is definitely a kids paradise. Great for BIG kids too!
“Superb for relaxation”
We recently stayed at Shangri La, Sentosa for our wedding anniversary. The staff were 5 star especially reception, concierge and room service. They brought us a choc pudding to our room as a surprise and were all very charming. The pool area is lovely and the gardens immaculate. The monkeys would sit on our balcony railings and pose for photos which was amazing. The only disappointment is the beach as obviously it is a big shipping area so not very tempting to put your head under the water, but the pool is lovely so that didn't really spoil anything. I would definately reccommend this hotel if you just want to chill out for a few days.
“Great place to stay if you have kids”
It was a great hotel iwth alot of activities for all the family. The hotel also provides child minding and children group activities. Great selection of food.
“I believe it is the best hotel on Santosa island”
This hotel is fun for adults and kids. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but a little bit small. You will enjoy the view on the balcony. The pool is big and has Jacuzzis. If you walk on the beach, you would see some restaurants and activates for kids. If I go back to Singapore, I would choose this hotel
“Will definitely go again”
We were given a room on the 6th floor. The beach view was nice. It would be better on higher floors. Love the facilities and amenities. :) The room was very neat and clean. Although we feel that the balcony needs to be touched up abit and thoroughly cleaned.
“Great Family Vacation”
We have been to Singapore before, but this time was a first for our young children. We had a wonderful time. The pool and slides are super and they really cater to families! We stayed in the Deluxe Seaview Room and it was big enough for our family and had a great view. We highly recommend.
“For a family...maybe....”
Kind of old fashion resort in desperate need of an update. Nightlife at the hotel is almost non-existant and surrounding area is hit or miss. That said, if you are into daytime fun with the family, might not be a bad place to stay...but think three star quality
“Would definately return.”
We stayed at the Rasa Sentosa Hotel for only two nights on our way back from Hong Kong to Australia. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms, although slightly on the small side, were clean and very presentable. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and there were all the little extras like toothbrushes, combs, bodylotions, bodysponges etc. that help make a stay just that little more relaxing and special. We found it very easy getting around, and the fact that the hotel was on the island didn't really have a negative impact on what we were able to do on the mainland. The free shuttle runs regularly for the most part of the day and evening, and drops you very close to the wonderfully convenient MRT, which will take you to just about anywhere for a very low price. Rasa Sentosa?..we would definately stay there again.

“Sentosa Experience”
The Rasa Sentosa was an adequate hotel. The hotel has a very nice lobby and a great pool and has easy access to the beach. I didn't care much for Sentosa so maybe that is part of the reason I wasn't too fond of this hotel. The beach is just ok on the island and the view of the ocean is spoiled by the hundreds of ships waiting to dump or pick up cargo in Singapore. The room I had was very expensive for what I received. I upgraded to an executive suite and was disappointed with the size and condition of the room. It did have a nice balcony and a great view but still I was not impressed. There are much better hotel's and deals in downtown Singapore. Sentosa was not my cup of tea and recommend only families stay there.
