“Great Hotel in a convenient location”

Great hotel in a great location. The staff greeted you as you got out of the taxi, and they assist you all the way through the check in and even accompany you to the lift. Impressive. The location is unbeatable. The hotel attached to the Marina Bay mall. And you can find all the foods and shopping that you need. The MRT station is quite a walk, about 15-20 minute walk, but you walk inside the mall and underground mall. So you wont even sweat. The room itself is nice. Nice interior, comfy bed and pillow, and nice aeron chair. However the bathroom is showing it's age.

A lovely, well-run hotel, at a 5-star standard but with 4-star prices. Good views from the front, and spacious balconies there are a nice touch.

“Absolutely the Best Hotel in Singapore”

The Pan Pacific Hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in overseas. I have been to over 20 countries and none has come close (USA not included) smile. The staff is simply wonderful. Any issues I had were taken care of immediately. There is no doubt that I will recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that's going to Singapore. Words cannot describe my experiences at Pan Pacific...it was just that AWESOME!

“What an incredible hotel!”

Our stay could not have been better! The rooms were very spacious and immaculately clean. They left us 2 free water bottles each morning which was great since it is so expensive there. Being attached to a shopping mall made it perfect for us to take the kids down for breakfast at McDonalds. The pool is fabulous and the pool attendants always greeted us with cold water bottles and warm towels. What else can you ask for? This was my best hotel experience yet. Thank you Pan Pacific!!!!

Hotel is very big and very modern. The service is professional. Everyone working is very helpful. The hotel is quite close to shopping malls.

A very good hotel for any occasion. The pool is very big and you can have 20 different kind of massage or body treatment. Nice restaurant on the 37th floor with a spectacular view.
