“Great Location & Hotel”

Holiday Inn was actually better than I expected. It was about as good as any 5-star hotel I have stayed at. It may not have all the services, but the condition of the room etc was great.

“Comfortable and well situated”

I booked this hotel at short notice due to a late minute business appointment. It is undergoing renovations at present however these did not begin until 10am and were completed by 6pm, thus reducing the noise inconvenience greatly. I was surprised that I was given an executive floor room, but this did not include the executive lounge privileges. Luckily I was allowed to stay for one night but was advised I would need to pay for ant further visits. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was an older room and a few things were showing their age. However, I'm sure once renovations are completed, these rooms will also be updated as well. A nice surprise was a small MP3 player preloaded with songs as a gift for the minor inconvenience of the renovations. I would certainly return to this hotel on my next visit - eating areas are 30 second walk from the front door and all restaurants were excellent. Nice and close to Orchard Rd, and my favorite live music bar. Starbucks fans will love its proximity to one of their outlet5s as well - about 1 min. Overall, good value for your money, in a nice area that has eateries you don't need to walk far to get too. Very important for anybody who has just stepped off a 9hr+ flight!

Both my husband and myself forgot that we were still in Singapore. The hotel staffs made us feel right at home with their services.

“Great hotel”

Excellent hotel with good facitilites and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic with Orchard road and all it has to offer i.e. restaurtants, great shopping so close by. Would definately stay here again if I went back to Singapore. Only negative laundry service is quite expensive..

“Nİce hotel at an excellent location”

Super location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast... We stayed at the front side of the building, which is away from neighbouring construction.

“Singapore's best hotel”

Very happy with this hotel. Staff exrtremly courteous, very clean and comfortable. Best hotel in Singapore for the price. We did not include breakfast as it is somewhat expensive and market is a few steps away. Was very convinient to go to market and nearby 7-11 store. Very nice area. Made our Singapore stay memorable. They even stored our baggage at no charge when we went to Bali for one week. I would definately stay at this hotel if I came again to Singapore.

Arrived about 2am after a series of long flight from US. Very welcoming, clean, efficient, quiet. But not cheap.

“Very Enjoyable stay”

I had my birthday while we were staying at the hotel. On the day, they presented us with a birthday cake as well as fruit and chocolates. This made the stay extra special. The staff is used to children and in the breakfast area there is a special play area for smaller children. There is also a breakfast corner specifically with kids breakfast cereals and drinks. THe location of the hotel is great - great for shopping as well as close to MRT station for sight seeing. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints - the double beds may have been a bit small but not bad at all.
