I paid for a deluxe king room no smoking for my son and his wife for the night after their wedding, they arrived around midnight to find out their room that I had already previously paid for had been given to someone else and all they had left was a regular smoking room, the employee told off on them by saying we had a big event this weekend so we only have a few smoking rooms left, sooooo since my son did not check in early his paid in full room had obviously been given to people who checked in earlier than him, so they sold his room out from under him. My reservation for him had cleared my credit card back in January for the deluxe king room no smoking.... I have never heard of such that they do not honor previous booking that you get whatever room is available at check in ....my son is allergic to cigarettes and was only offered a regular smoking room when I had already paid for a deluxe king non smoking room months prior ....Expedia was exceptional at promptly refunding my money since Margaritaville gave our room away, so they went to the Horseshoe which was glad to have us a customer!! This was ridiculous and unacceptable on his wedding night, what a disappointment!!! We will not be back !!!!!!!!
