Si vraiment les autres hotels sont complets, mais le seul point fort de l arbella hotel est son emplacement. Impossible de se garer le soir,le parking de l hotel est trop petit donc vite rempli,et les environs de l hotel sont toujours satures. Neanmoins le personnel est professionel et tres courtois. Hotel juste en face du megall et non loin de dubai. Cela dit evitez de prendre une chambre simple, vetustes par rapport aux chambres superieures et ne disposant pas des equipements annoncés dans le descriptif de l hotel par le site.

Nul service en geen overleg mogelijk.

Geen warm water in de douche voor 2 dagen en 2 dagen geen internet. Afvoer verstopt van de douche. Geen toilet papier op de badkamer. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel toen ik daar opmerkingen over maakte en verzocht om de problemen op te lossen. Wilden me ook niet tegemoet komen door iets aan de prijs te doen.

Kinda Hard to Find.. Located BEHIND the SHARJAH Mega mall. Nice hotel quick check in and escort to room as is common with the area.. wake up call and taxi call right on time

Nice and relaxing hotel

We got last minute deal for a standard room, however upon check-in we gt upgraded to deluxe room (probably due to unavailablity of standard room). The room was quite spacious and had everything that you can expect in a goog hotel. The building itself is old but well maintained. We had good sleep.

A convenient average hotel

The circuit breaker in the room kept activiating. The bath tub did not appear to be secured to the floor and the taps appeared to work at random - turning both ways, etc. The staff were very helpful.The lack of a normal shower was a big draw back. The location right across the street from the Mega Mall was a big plus.The rooms are much more basic than the hotel photos suggest.

Good value!

I was really surprised with the quality of this hotel for the price.. I hadn't stayed there before. I found it by chance because of the busy time when I went to UAE, most hotels were booked already.. Thankfully my whole experience here went well! The staff are wonderful!!! I have stayed in many 5 star resorts before and haven't experience such an attentive staff as I experienced at Arbella! I would definitely recommend this place. It is right next door to Mega Mall which is also a plus! Not too far from Dubai and the airport at all. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful!

Helt ok, men du betalar inte för mer heller.

Jag bokade fel då jag jobbade denna veckan, Att åka till Dubai på morgon och tillbaka på kvällen är en fruktansvärd upplevelse. Trafiken är hemsk minst sagt. Området kring hotellet är tråkigt även om det finns en stor galleria tvärs över gatan. Priset är lågt för regionen, frukosten är bra och mycket billig. Personalen gör sitt yttersta för att gästen skall trivas. Art Decco var inte något som tilltalar min smak. 450 AED/ natt var ok, inte mer.

hotel you should never book

we checked in on Sept.7th 2011 were shocked by the lobby colors and condition, looked very suspicious !! but it was 12 am and we were very tired, we told them we are checking out tomorrow. we were then appaled at the rooms colors and furniture, the shower/ jaccuzi that were not working and leaking water all over the bathroom. we hardly slept because we were afraid their mattresses would harbor bed bugs which apparently they didnt.
