"First, the good stuff. Excellent staff, most helpful with a late arrival due to a stranded connecting flight, and with a late checkout.
Good food and drinks, and service to go with it.
The not so good... The WiFi was hopeless. Virtually unable to connect to a speedy and/or reliable signal. Our own phone data was also hard use inside the hotel - but we would get multiple notifications as soon as we stepped outside.
Bathroom... I get 'mood lighting' in the lounge room but why have it in the bathroom? I craved a bright light to shave, my wife the same for makeup etc.
Also, having a sliding door on the toilet was a great idea but with no handle on the inside, it's difficult to open, especially in the middle of the night, particularly with jet lag and NO BRIGHT LIGHTS.
We liked the hotel, a lot of the big things worked great, it's the silly little stuff that bothered us. We'd love to come back and stay again"
