"Wonderful hotel with delicious breakfasts including freshly cooked eggs to order and real coffee. Good location with a 15 minute walk through parks to the Registan. Staff were excellent with good English. The only slight negative was that the bathroom ventilation was poor, and when we mentioned that to the manager, he moved us to another better room with a much better bathroom. Excellent service!"

"Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. The hotel staff also checked us in earlier without charging early check-in fees. Very friendly and accommodating. We certainly will be back next year. Excellent hotel, highly recommended."

"A nice boutique hotel located in the city centre. Rooms are large and well equipped. Loud music played, at times, between 19.00 and 23.00, due to a night club's operation in the same building is not to everyone's taste, but I understand the need to differentiate. Breakfast is OK. Restaurant offers a variety of tastefull plates. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Local stores for food, snacks, sweets etc are very near. Would go there again. "

"Hotel is in prime location, just a short walk to key attractions in Khiva. Check in was a breeze as the staff instantly knew that i have a booking. The hotel feels modern, and the room is nicely decorated and clean. The photos I took didn't look as pretty as the actual. Cars are not able to park directly in front of the hotel because the "main road" which leads to the attractions are only for carts and bicycles but not for vehicles. It's a short walk of less than 5mins to the (car accessible)...
