The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

The personal care products supplied by the hotel are of top quality. The hotel is within walking distance from Shinagawa station (approximately 10 minutes walk) but requires uphill walking. You may want to take note of this if you are carrying heavy luggage. "
