Empire Hotel

"This was the first time I stayed at the Empire and I must say it was really good. The staff was very responsive and keen. Our room was quiet and well appointed. I must say, the shower had the best pressure washer I ever experienced! The location of the hotel is excellent and everything we needed was just a short walk away. The pricing was reasonable. If I ever need to stay in Manhattan again I will definitely book here."

"Arlo Hotel Pros- beautiful views from the rooftop terrace on the top floor Hotel on a quieter side street Lobby cafe conveniently open from 6:30 to 11 for drinks and water with friendly service Window seat for deep thoughts in the room Beautifully designed hotel and furnishings Shampoo, conditioner, body wash from Pharmacopia Room darkening shades and bed reading lights very nice Needs improvement - hallway carpets should be deep cleaned We had fitted sheets with a few holes in them Pillows are lumpy and should be updated The additional resort charge includes the gym and Citibike access but some signs in the room about how to take advantage would have been helpful. In summary, We would stay here again!"
