"The thing i loved most about the room was that the air conditioning was nice and cold especially coming in from a hot day. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was nice. The whole room though could use remodeling but i think they started already cause the room next door was being worked on quite noisy while trying to take an afternoon nap. Breakfast area nice and well maintained breakfast was fine was just wishing they had sausages as well. the location of the hotel was superb! beach across the street and walking distant to a strip mall. all in all, the place was fine but was outdated but they were working on the whole hotel itself."

"bugs in one of the rooms, card lock didn’t work properly and staff decided to offer to move us at 11:00pm. we said no when they said they would give discount in morning. no went down in morning and manager was rude and she said they didn’t leave any info about what happened and since we declined to move, they took that as we accepted room as is. Terrible management and total disregard for customer satisfaction. buried my mother that morning and will NEVER stay at that place again."

"Pre-arrival it was impossible to get anyone to answer a call for questions. I was put on hold 3 times and never got answered. The in-room phones were inoperative for our entire 3 night stay. Couldn't call front desk, valet, for a cart to help with luggage, Nothing! Completely dead. If you're hungry don't think you will have even half decent service in the restaurant (and I use that term loosely). Rooms were clean and maid service accomodating. Front desk was very nice and pool was fun. Swim up bar service was very good and friendly.To sum it up, the outdoor pool experience was satisfactory+ The indoor experience was far below satisfactory."
