"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Savusavu, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The climb really isn’t bad at all (6 minutes tops) and the breathtaking views that await you are absolutely worth every step. Logically, if you have a weak knee or are late-stage pregnant, I would recommend a taxi but it was a welcomed bit of exercise for me since I just jumped in the plunge pool once I arrived. Overlooking the waters of the bay and lush, tropical greenery, the panorama is nothing short of stunning. The sunset on my last day was one of the best I have ever seen. Each morning, I looked forward to the delightful breakfast spread (I learned papaya and avocado are excellent together). The air-conditioned rooms were a blissful retreat ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep - this is my weakness so might not be a big deal for you. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I even asked them about how to be a good husband and father since I had just learned I was going to be a dad before arriving and was a little nervous. "

"Alex and Avi were wonderful hosts, from allowing early check-in to offering trips into the Bay on their boat. I had plenty of space to read and relax in the guesthouse, with Savusavu’s main street an easy 20 minute taxi ride away (they have a driver they use who they can call on your behalf). I had free use of sea kayaks, and I paid Alex to take me on a snorkeling trip near a sand bar. I recommend booking here!"

"In front of the hotel is the boat that goes to Nawi Island. Behind is the hot springs. Nice balcony where you can sit and look at the water and watch the tourist boat go back and forth. 24 hour security."

"The house was perfect for our family of four - 2 adult sons, for us to celebrate a birthday. Spacious, clean, tidy and the most stunning views. The 125 steps from the road were a good work out. The pool was very welcoming when we reached the house! Close enough to town where there were many good options for dining. The management of the property was flawless with Jolene always ready with a smile and super helpful; she really was the icing on the cake for our stay. Great snorkelling across the road from the property. Would definitely stay again."
