Don’t get fooled by their name “upscale” hotel! The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby area looks pretty but once we got in our room it looked like a motel room next to a highway. The room was not clean properly, there were hairs all over the bathroom, the floors were dirty and sticky, the bedding was stinky, the beds were tiny. All around room was terrible very outdated and beat up, there was nothing “upscale” about it. Good thing was we only stayed one night.

Parking fee should be included on total price, so everything is straightforward. Housekeeping was probably short staffed, we didn't have our room cleaned and we had to request extra towels.
