The rooms were very clean but out dated. The bathroom was very small. The bed was very clean and comfortable. This property just needs some serious TLC. The location is phenomenal. We were in walking distance to everywhere. It was a little hard to sleep because of the loud music from cars in the parking lot. The parking lot is so small and hard to park.

The property is in a great location very close to Riverwalk and city center. However, very rundown hotel with lots of repairs to ge made. It was mot a cheap hotel and we are not used to staying at sub-par places as this. Thanks be we only had a one night stay.

Folks, face it, this is a Quality Inn, not the Marriot. That said, this location is super convenient to the river and Bay Street and very affordable. Sure, the decor is aged and dated, but for a one-night stay with my pup, it was fine. Speaking of traveling with a pup, it had the lowest pet fee in the area. There is also a park next door for dog business. Check in was easy, parking was easy.

The hotel itself was fine but I learned my credit card was charged an additional $58 without my consent. Nowhere on Expedia's website did I learn there would be a $35 pet fee, and if I had known it would cost that much I would have looked for a different hotel. Expedia should improve its website so that when you search for pet friendly, you can know the actual cost. Otherwise, what is the value of the service? The hotel claims the info is on their website, and that's true, so I guess I will stop searching through expedia and just book directly on hotels' websites so I can read the fine print and know I'm booking and staying at a hotel I can afford.

You really get what you pay for here. It's pretty run down and nobody's try to fix it up. The AC unit would rattle every 30 mins or so. No kind of anti-skid on the bathroom floor or floor. The night staff when checked in does not want to explain any fees until you pay! Like parking is not included in your stay. Yes your expected to walk or something. Pave it over and make a parking lot.

This hotel is a motel. It was very dirty. Carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on. No toilet paper had to go get it. Coffee pot broken many lights not functioning. And no maid service. Was told it had to be requested

Our room was nonsmoking but the smell of cigarette smoke hit you in the face as soon as you opened the door. Carpet needs to be replaced asap and the noise from the stree was terrible until about 2 a.m. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose from. Very clean in serving area. Also, the coffee was excellent. Towels were laundered nicely and bed linens were of good quality.

The facility is a little worn and dog-eared, but the staff has kept it clean and as serviceable as possible. It's a good bargain for the location and and broader context. The staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful -- they make this place an awesome overall value!

This was by far the worst property I have ever stayed at in my life. And I do a good bit of traveling. The property was dirty, disgusting and very dated. The room had holes in the curtains, severely scratched furniture and walls that had chipped paint all around the room. The terrace had cracks all over the floor and the tables were gross. Nothing like the pristine pictures shown on the Expedia site. And the property allowed people to drink and blast boom boxes in the parking lot until all hours of the night. My wife and I felt very unsafe. There were content police sirens throughout the night. The cherry on top were the 6 gunshots heard at 2 AM on the morning of April 22. We were terrified. Expedia should never offer this motel to any of its customers. It was HORRIBLE!

Could never check in, didn't know it but it was Orange Crush weekend. There was a street takeover going on and police everywhere when I was trying to get to room. felt very unsafe. Tried to cancel reservation, but couldn't. Lost my money. Ended up going to another town to find a room.

Very run down property for the price you pay per night. Faucet for bathroom sink would not operate after both of us tried various ways and force to get running water. However a person from office checked it when we were leaving and said it works, just need to pull up. We had pulled up on the handle and were fearful it would pull off completely. Carpets and decor I need of replacement. Would not stay here again and would not recommend due to the price and condition.

Our room was adequate with a comfortable bed and efficient heat and air as well as reasonably clean. The building itself was filthy and in an extremely bad condition. Throughout my life I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel rather extensively and have stayed in hotels/motels in third world countries and never seem a property in such a deplorable state of repair. The exterior walls were extremely dirty and the room doors had obviously not been cleaned/painted in a very long time. The exterior walkways were equally unkept and not maintained. There was little “quality” in this Quality Inn. Expedia should rethink making reservations for this property.

Beware! I had to wipe down furniture , doorknobs, etc as soon as I walked in and still felt cringe worthy. Wi-Fi was spotty, tv was fuzzy. If you want a good night’s sleep this place is not for you….extremely noisy with people partying and street noise! I DO NOT recommend this property!!

This property needs updating badly. The exterior was dingy and faded. The interior was horrible! Completely old and dated. Chipped tub and toilet, floors were cracked in the bath. The rug was dirty and ripped. Furniture is scratched, chipped and old. I would never stay at a Quality Inn again and never recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic! We were in Savannah for two nights and were excited to be here and in such a great location. That being said, the room we were in, although clean, smelled moldy, especially anround the vanity/sink area and the bathroom had a smell of fumes as if from the shower drain or the toilet “P” trap. After showering, that smell mostly went away. However the mold smell from the vanity/sink area remained and was strong. The staff was very kind and helpful. However I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone because it just wasn’t pleasant to deal with that. It’s a shame because the location is truly ideal.

Rooms are adequate but the exterior of the building needs some TLC. The staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our early departure by putting aside some breakfast items for us. The location is walkable to the City market with lots of restaurants and shops.

The convenient location made all the great things about Savannah very walkable, the property could use a little updating and some fresh paint, however the rooms were clean and very comfortable. This hotel is good for someone who wants to be close to everything in Savannah, wants a clean room, and wants to keep to a budget
