My room was not clean. The couch and the chair in the room had stains on them. The toilet was dirty ( water stains on inside). The sink was not clean. The floor was not vacuumed (dog hair from previous patron). Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, and shower pole was broken and not fixed back properly (tilted and shower curtain would not stay closed causing water to end up on the floor during showers). Also the water was not hot in shower, only got luke warm.

Elevator was not working upon arrival and no accommodation was made for party member with a mobility disability, was given a room on the third floor and had to use the stairs. Should have cancelled right then, but we were exhausted from traveling all day. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower, hair in the shower, and the pillows were dirty, among other things in the room. The staff was very cold and inhospitable. The elevator broke again during our stay with some of us in it and the staff told us to just pry the door open when thy were called with the help button. Overall worst hotel I have ever stayed in, not even worth the cheap price.

The room we got smelled funny and the curtain near the ac had some nasty stain. Front desk was accommodating and trying to make it right by giving us different room. Unfortunately, that one smelled even worst like urine. We decided not to stay the first night and was fortunate to find a different hotel late at night that was super clean and nice.

My bathroom had not been properly supplied with soap, there was hair all around the toilet and inthe sink. The carpet didnt look as if it had been cleaned or vacumed. The elevator was vroken upon arrival. Breakfast was limited. It was jusy not up to par.

Our hotel room was full of mold. It was on the air conditioner unit, the curtains and the tub. The pillows were stained. We immediately checked out. The woman at the front desk called someone and said we would get our refund in 3 days. I called three days later and was told that it would take another 5-7 days because the lady at the desk didn’t give the person she called all the info. I have filed a complaint with Wyndham.
