We had questions about the laundry facilities which we discovered was easier to send out. Other than that we had no issues and appreciated using the airport pickup service too! "I booked for my mother and my children one night, the address that appeared in the advertising is from the manager, my mother arrived and made her wait more than an hour to attend to foreigners who arrived later (I wait 45 minutes or more) the manager took A taxi with my mother and my children to a hotel called "pacasmayo" located in a dangerous place that caused fear, no television, bad attention did not recommend it."
