A lot of traffic on the main road, making left hand turns into the property dangerous and congested. It was only convenient if you were turning "right" into the property. The entrance to the property was not convenient due to the traffic and the way the roads were designed around there. During our 3 days stay we saw 2 major car accidents at, or very near that intersection.
