"Nice room and cozy bed. The gentleman at the front desk was just plain rude and dismissive when we had a question about a reservation miscommunication. Heritage properties usually have great staff but this one was too awful to overlook. Not much in the way of amenities, lobby etc. and if the parking garage is full parking is tough. Overall not my favorite hotel in Santa Fe."

"The property has a boutique feel to it. Proximity to square for restaurants, shopping, etc allows for walking. Our experience unfortunately started with finding the sheets on the bed having not been changed. Spoke to the staff and housekeeping had gone home so we asked for a clean set and changed ourselves. That kind of ruined it for us."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Only the food could be better. The breakfast was disappointing. No Cheese, no sliced meat, only filtered coffee. I would happily pay more for a better breakfast. Nonetheless we had a good time there and can recommend the hotel."

"The pool was closed, and the road outside was closed with construction on one side, which meant we had to break the law and drive on the wrong side of the road. I'm sure that neither of those are permanent conditions."

"El Rey Court is one of those special places you just happen across on occassion. This was just a one night stay during a road trip, and it's a gem. The grounds are beautiful and the people working in the food truck were amazing. It was a nostalgic experience for me, and whenever I'm in, or going through Santa Fe again, this is where I'll be."

"The hotel was a welcome sight when we arrived on our road trip from Monument Valley. My first impression was to be taken aback by the gorgeous flowers all around the hotel balconies! The young man who checked us in was delightful, accommodating and helpful. Our room was lovely, quiet and convenient for a bike ride directly from our door. Parking was exceptionally convenient and easy. Walkable to downtown. All at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend."

"I only know how relaxed I was staying here. The rooms are clean, the grounds are very Zen & loved. The staff is excellent . And the breakfast is amazing! They do hold events here, so I suggest you ask them about them upon your stay. I cannot speak on that subject, however if they are handled like the rest of the place is you’ll love it!"
