Dear Guest, We were never mentioned about this by you until we had a call from Expedia. They called us at around 2 pm about getting a full refund for your stay. At that time you still had your belongings in the room and hadn't yet checked out of the room or removed your belongings. It made no sense to give a refund as you were still using the room and it was well past check-out time. If you had checked out at 11 am we could have refunded the second night, but again we were not mentioned about this until we got the call from Expedia. When your husband came into the office he didn't mention anything and just said you were checking out early. There was no mention of any of your complaints. When you called about your deposit, you didn't mention anything either. We are always happy to help people and make their stay more enjoyable, but avoiding to mention any complaints to us makes it harder for us to help guests out.
