We got to check in at 10:00 am and Chris was wonderful in getting the room! The continental breakfast was amazing and the coffee was excellent! Location is so nice because it is right in front of the beach front! Parking is easy and free! Room is nice and clean and spacious! Will stay here again! Highly recommended!

Breakfast didn’t have many choices, it would be nice to have more than sausage and eggs as hot foods, waffle maker would be a nice addition. I could hear my neighbors through the walls and the balcony was uncomfortable with all the marijuana smoking from the other quests on their balconies. I will be staying at another hotel on my next visit.

Verify good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Well maintained property. Only con is that property is too costly for amenities offer. $400 per night would have got a very luxurious hotel anywhere else in the America but Santa Barbara is too costly.
