"Rooms were not up to par. Ceiling can lights would dim and brighten, fire trap? Wi-Fi very poor. Windows didn’t lock, blanket had not been washed or cleaned, hair all over it. Pillows like rocks. No in room phone or coffee. Had to ring bell to get in to the office."

"We we not even sure we had gotten the right room. The beds were not queen size like in the reservation. 1 made a terrible amount of noise when you moved around on it. The cleanliness was questionable. The pool had very limited hours but looked clean. Overall a NO frills place."

"First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. "The hotel was very convenient to walk to the convention center, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The view was spectacular and the room was comfortable. The pool was a nice plus, but the "adults only" hours were not enforced by staff, so it wasn't easy getting pool time without children. Still, it was a great perk to relax after a long day at the conference. My one big complaint was that the hotel bar was overpriced. We were going to order a bottle of wine, but we asked the price since it wasn't listed. The bartender told us a bottle price that was the same as 5 individual glasses. That's not right. You should always get a discount when ordering the whole bottle. In the end, we got just one glass and went elsewhere, so missed opportunity for the hotel. Other than that, definitely happy and would likely stay again. "
