At check in not one person said hello or good morning. Very rude staff. This was a pet friendly hotel not sure why the hotel was texting me saying guest complaints about my dog barking. Well maybe they should have check before booking reservation sorry not sorry.

Seemed like they have gone with a TV service that didn't carry the NBC, CBS and ABC. I know that may sound picky but really wanted to watch something on one of those channels.

Hotel was okay but unfortunately got our Ford F-150 windows busted in! The staff did provide a refund for one of the days we booked but definitely did not feel safe after.

No greetings, no soap in the restroom, I get there at 3.45pm and my room wasn't ready. I have to go downstairs and ask for another room. The front lady was rude and they end up giving me another room at the end of the hallway. Even when they saw me struggling to walk. I'm disabled I can barely walk with a walker.

When I first arrived, the woman behind the desk looked at me and decided I needed a disability room - which I don't. I returned to her and requested another room. She placed me in a first floor room and said there were no other rooms available on other floors; it was only about 6:30 pm. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk in the morning and was told someone would bring one to me. It never arrived. When I mentioned it at checkout the man behind the desk said he was too busy... but he never called to let me know. I went to an important meeting with wet hair.

Only thing i liked was the vicinity of this hotel to shopping and dining. Inside the hotel was ok. Needs a new elevator or renovate it. Advise to hotel is not to close to maintain the pool during peak season. Not smart at all !!! The front desk staff needs to be removed or replaced. No greeting at all. Went to check in and the look on the staffs face was like " yeah, what do you want ?". Not even a partial smile on the face.
