Thank you for your 5 star review. Our AC are all digital so it takes a little getting used. Somehow your setting to the AC was set to "fan" and not "Cool" setting so. Next time you are back in San Antonio please come and visit us again.

Thank you Luvia for you feedback. After speaking with the team they had mentioned that you had come to get breakfast after hours and that's what made you upset. Our breakfast is from 630 to 930am daily. Our team members and video show you came closer to 10am. Even after hours our staff tried to accommodate however to no avail. Thank you for feedback Daniel. After reviewing your check in process and your stay ithas been brought to my attention that you did not understand our pet policy and incidentals deposit. We have a 20 per pet fee per day along with 100 incidentals deposit (refundable). I see that is what was done at time of your check in. I think it maybe you did not see those fees ahead of time online. Hope that gives you clarity

Thank you for your review. We had several events/ venue in town the days you booked the room as it was the end of the year festivities in Downtown San Antonio. You booked a room for 4 days (non-refundable) initially and when you arrived to office you said you did not want stay without any advance notice. We were able to credit 2 remaining nights of the 4 nights as a courtesy. Also when you checked in (10pm)the hotel was empty as many of our patrons were at the football game being held at Alamodome. Again we value your opinion however online has all the info and if reservations made non refundable there is very limited things we can do. Hope the next time you are in town you come prepared and plan ahead
