Schöne Gebäude ruhige Lage mit der Linie 7 ist man in 15 Minuten in der Getreidegasse. Zentral gelegen für diverse Ausflüge. Sehr bemühtes Personal.

Wir kamen sehr spät an und wurden trotzdem herzlichst begrüßt und erhielten noch eine warme Mahlzeit. Das Personal war immer super freundlich, zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aus sensationell, das Zimmer top, das Restaurant sehr traditionell und die Küche lecker. Man konnte von 7.30 - 22.00 Uhr den Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool nutzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Friendly staff able to converse with this non-German speaking couple. Property and facilities immaculate. Original Sound of Music house a short hike away. Bus service into Salzburg a 2 block walk. Top notch restaurant. Highly recommend this property.

le personnel est vraiment très aimable. L'hotel est calme, et le cadre vraiment superbe. le fait d'être en dehors de Salzbourg est vraiment un plus. L'accès à la ville se fait très facilement en bus .

Das Personal ist stets freundlich und gut gelaunt egal wieviel los ist. Es steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Speisekarte ist etwas Rindfleischlastig, jedoch sind die Speisen sehr gut und die Nachspeisen sehr empfehlenswert. Den Tip mit den Öfi in die Stadt zu fahren hat uns einer der Kellner gegeben, wekcher sehr gut war. Man ist in nichtmal 15min in der Altstadt unweit des Sternbräus wenn man bis Hanuschplatz mit der Linie 7 fährt. Ist auch billiger als die Garage und nicht mal 5min vom Hotel entfernt. Wrrden im Frühjahr wieder kommen.

The staff was extremely friendly and the views were amazing. The only thing I would have changed would be the beds, they were a bit stiff. Outside of that, we had a lovely stay there.

Views are the best part

The view and the pools are the best things about this place. It’s a distance out of the city, but close to a bus stop. Be warned - the rooms have no aircon and no fan, so on humid summer nights sleep is almost impossible. We had to leave the windows open, hearing everything outside, and drench ourselves in mosquito repellent. The mattresses are hard, and the pillows are completely flat. Decor hasn’t been updated in decades. The amount of religious iconography on the walls throughout makes you feel as if you might have inadvertently booked a stay in a convent. Breakfast is very hit and miss - when we stayed, anything that ran out was never replaced, even early in the service. If you’re planning a stay here, probably best to stick to the cooler months.

A lovely family run hotel in a suburb of Salzburg. A very quiet location with great views of the local hills. Yet only 15 mins into the centre. The resturant is superb with excellent fine dining. Highly recommended

Friendly and serene hotel with beauty and history

We were looking forward to seeing Salzburg, but had no idea our hotel would be the joy it was. There is a great family history and is still run by the caring family. The dinner was so delicious it rivaled to be the best on our trip!!!

Very relaxing atmosphere

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and charm of this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the pool was great and the breakfast was very nice. The location was close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

The service was excellent, great breakfast in the morning, and the property is absolutely adorable! But, the beds are hard as a rock, and the pillows consist of nothing making it feel like you are using a blanket to support your head. The shower pressure was awful and worsened as you turned up the temperature. So, you had find a balance between good water pressure and a warm shower.

We stayed for two nights. Although the hotel is outside the city, the local transportation was frequent and close by. The hotel staff were hospitable and gave recommendations. The room was spatios with balcony. The shower facility needs updating. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We recommend this hotel on your next trip to Salzburg
