"Staff=Friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with booking dates with the customer ahead of us and the staff was amazing, patient and made adjustments and was able to help customer with a room that night.
Room =carpet had wet spots, large dark spots, wine maybe but dark red areas, filthy, strong smell of dog.
Bathroom= toilet had several hairs on the seat. We did have Clorox wipes and cleaned the seat ourselves.
We were disappointed, staff notified but no follow up at this point. It’s been a week since our stay. Overpriced for condition of room."
