**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

664 New Haven is located on the second floor & is a two-floor unit. This villa offers 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, an eat-in kitchen, family room, a deck, & a full washer & dryer. Located on the main floor, the master bedroom offers a queen bed. This room has an attached bath with a separate walk-in shower & oversized soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & a twin bed. Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds & a bunk bed. The additional 2 bathrooms offer a tub/shower combination.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Short Spring Break
We enjoyed our first trip to Fripp island.Our condo was perfect for myself my son his eight year old my daughter her three and six year old. Plenty of beds towels and room for everyone. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart.riding around the area seeing the wildlife and beach areas. We only used the pool area one time due to the cold weather. You can never predict the weather for spring break.The kids were freezing. I believe this would be a perfect place to come in the summer.Several pools are available when you get the Fripp club passes. This area was amazing very family oriented and that suited us just fine. Thank you for a lovely stay at your delightful piece of heaven!

Perfect
This trip to Fripp was by far one of our best ones. The house was definitely everything it said it was plus more. My family of 6 spent the week and had no issues. There was enough room for everyone to have there own space and more. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have the home feel why they are on vacation. It was truly a home away from home. Also the property mangers are very professional and prompt if your in need of anything. We will definitely be booking another property threw them in the future.

Great management, poor property
Crawling daughter had black hands and legs as soon as we got there from the floor being thilthy. Dusty and sand every where as soon as we walked in. Hair was in bathtub and in the washed towels. However, as soon as we called management, they had the cleaning crew come asap and replace towels and clean everything. Location isn't greatest because it depends on the tide if you can go to beach. Overall, after it was cleaned, it was a very enjoyable vacation!

Very Happy!!
When we arrived the condo was nicer than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean and open. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all the pots, pans, and dishes we could possibly need. The owner also had cleaning supplies available for use, which was awesome! The only trouble we had was with the golf cart. It was better powered and lost the charge faster than we liked. We contacted the owner and he bent over backwards to make us happy. He offered to with refund the price we paid for the golf cart or replace it with a gas powered cart, which we opted for. He was super nice, and even though we probably bugged him with our complaint he was extremely professional and accommodating. We vacation to Fripp Island often and would 100% stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

First Time with Family at Fripp
I and my wife have been to Fripp numerous times. This trip was the first time we brought our children ( Ages 15-20) except for 1 who graduated from college last year. Property was plenty spacious for the 6 of us. Loved having the kids all on the top floor and having the master on the main level. Each bedroom( 3 bdrm) had a full bath plus there was a half bath off the living room. Deck gives you views of the ocean! Short walk to one of the community pools and beach(at low tide) A little further walk to access beach at high tide. A 4 passenger golf cart came with the property. All 6 of us snuggly fit on the cart( we are fairly lean and athleticly built :-) Merissa and BJ were great accommodating hosts! Merissa was quick to answer any questions we had via text. We will be baaaaaaaaaaaaaack! :-)

nice surprise
we have been to fripp many times before but never stayed on the ocean course side of the island. it is a fabulous locaction! nice pool nearby, beach a golf cart ride away and a terrific area for walking/running along the shore. we even discovered a lookout spot for dolphins! the unit was comfortable and convenient. one thing i would change are the towels. they resemble towels used to clean cars. i will bring my own next time:)

Fripp is my favorite place
We love Fripp Island. The condo was cute and mattresses are comfortable. The master bath shower was very dirty and several light bulbs were burned out throughout the condo. Towards end of week I mentioned to owner and he was apologetic and dropped of light bulbs. Overall experience was good. Be prepared to use golf cart to use a beach access on different part of island unless it is low tide.
