"This is a good sized apartment and is great for 8 people, maybe not so much for 10 but the lounge area is very spacious and the kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, I have never seen over 10 frying pans! The stairs are steep and about 5 stories overall on various levels so not good for anyone not wanting this and is tiring but this is just something to note in your choice. "The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."

"Comfortable well equipped chalet. We were a group of 8. Plenty of room for socialising together. This might be tight if the chalet was full. Watch out for the steep staircase and low ceilings upstairs. These would be better as children’s rooms rather than for adults."

"The Chalet is just below a lift into Montalbert. It is wonderfully appointed; the ground floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite and a bunk room with a huge luxury shower room. The first floor has an open plan kitchen, lounge with a large table, balcony and the best alpine views. We loved sharing meals and chores here. "We had a great week. The chalet is really close to the lifts which take you up to the La plagne ski area but you can also really easily cross to Les arcs. Montchavin is low so I don’t think the nursery slope in front of the chalet is often open but when it is you could ski almost to the door! Village is small but has a few restaurants (including the one run by the host - La bovate- which had delicious food!), small supermarket, bakery and ski hire places - everything you need unless you need...

"The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. Would stay again due to ease of getting to chalet and the location for skiing."
