"We were a little apprehensive, given its close proximity to Pontins and potential car-parking issues with weekend visitors to the beach. "Really lovely stay in this quiet little Oast House. We stayed in a round room, beautifully decorated with ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee and biscuits, TV in room. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. "
