"From start to finish our stay was truly exceptional. We felt very privileged to stay in such a magnificent home!! Everything was truly 1st class, from the beautiful suite we stayed in, the incredible breakfast washed down with bubbly (how decadent) and two of the most generous, warm, interesting and welcoming couple you could ever meet. "Really lovely stay in this quiet little Oast House. We stayed in a round room, beautifully decorated with ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee and biscuits, TV in room. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! Every request that I made was fulfilled happily. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Our dog stayed with us and there was a very nice area for her to run around."
