Simpatia, professionalità ed efficienza a Roma.

Appena giunti sotto casa una telefonata al gestore che in pochi minuti è sceso e ci ha portato, aiutandoci ai bagagli, nella struttura. Come inizio un caffè di benvenuto e disbrigo delle formalità burocratiche. Sempre un sorriso e una grande professionalità e cortesia. Nei giorni seguenti il soggiorno si caratterizzava per gentilezza, utili consigli quando richiesti, grande conoscenza di Roma e "trucchetti" per meglio visitarla. La struttura si trova vicinissima alla metro A, stazione subaugustea che può essere raggiunta a piedi in pochi minuti. In circa 20 minuti sei nel centro di Roma. Giudizio completamente positivo.

Soggiorno a Cinecitta'

ero a Roma per una convention a Cinecitta' pertanto l'hotel essendo molto vicino era molto comodo . Per visitare Roma lo era abbastanza perche' nei pressi della metro' pero' per il centro di Roma ci vuole una mezz'ora . Comunque nel complesso il bed and breakfast e' carino. Semplice ma tenuto bene e la persona che lo gestisce molto gentile e simpatica.

Good for metro but noisy and uncomfortable.

B&b is run by a nice Italian couple, be sure to let them know when you are going to arrive by email and be prepared to use your mobile phone to ring them. We stayed two nights. The rooms are in a flat and are reasonabley sized, unfortunately they are a bit noisy, between the other guests in the flat and the locals, there is lots to spoil your sleep. The mattress was very 'sagged' in the middle also so you don't get the best night sleep. Breakfast is basically a bit of cake, piece of fruit, biscuits, hot beverage and orange juice. Shower was like having a bucket of water poorer over you, it has a shower head, but the water just pours out - that being said, it was actually quite nice! Go for the hotel of you want to be near the metro line and after a budget visit to Rome. On our last visit to Rome we had a shuttle bus provided by the hotel into Rome, personally I don't believe the quick access to the metro and cost saving made up for the poor nights sleep at the B&B, wish I went for a hotel/shuttle.

Knusse B&B vlakbij de ring van Rome

Deze knusse B&B wordt gerund door Marco en bevindt zich in een appartementencomplex met priveparking inbegrepen. Er zijn 4 kamers ieder met eigen badkamer, wij hadden ook nog een balkon waar we iedere ochtend ons ontbijt nuttigde in het zonnetje. Het is een aangename veilige buurt met winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden op 5min loopafstand evenals de metro. Met de metro ben in 20-25 min in het centrum. De eigenaar geeft genoeg tips en informatie om je op weg te helpen in Rome. Ideale uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken, zeker als je met de auto bent en niet in het centrum wilt rijden.

super Unterkunft zur Erkundung der Stadt

das B&B ist praktisch und sauber - sicherer Parkplatz inklusive; großer Pluspunkt: nur ca. 5 min. bis zu METRO und dann in 15 min im Zentrum ROM`s. Marco spricht deutsch und konnte uns sehr gute Tipps und Informationen geben. Eine super Unterkunft um die Stadt zu erkunden - würde wieder dort buchen.

Very Good. The owner is so friendly and helpful.

Owner is so helpful and friendly. He is so resourceful. Good location in a very safe region. All restaurant for dinner and cafe for ice cream are so good and tasteful. I highly recommend you book this B&B. Free parking will be provided and keep your car in a pretty safe place. A big park is within walking distance. My wife and I like it very much.

Καθαρο μεν αλλα.....

Δεν αρκει ενα δωματιο να ειναι καθαρο για να σε ικανοποιει.Μικρο,αβολο,κακη κατασταση κρεβατιων,τα κτιρια θυμιζουν εργατικες κατοικιες.Πλεονεκτηματα...Κοντα σε σταση μετρο (το οποιο ομως λειτουργουσε ως τις 21΄΄00 !!) -πολυ κοντα στο αεροδρομιο Ciampino.

Unique and great accommodation. Near CIA airport.

This place is different in a good way! It is a B&B in a real Roman apartment. Location is good -5 minute drive from Ciampino (CIA) airport -3 minute walk to Subaugusta metro (on the main 'A' line) -Right next to the huge green park including the ancient aqueduct (hence the name). We had hired a car at CIA airport, so this location was just fantastic to survive the short drive without hitting hectic Rome traffic. Marco, our host was a great character and had a lot of good tips for Rome. Also an espresso on arrival!! Breakfast is epic and delicious - gets you ready for a full day of sightseeing. If you prioritise "living like a Roman", character and convenience to the airport + Metro (rather than walking to the centre of the town, soul-less business-style accommodation) then check this place out. We really enjoyed it!
