Wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful employees, clean room, comfortable bed, tv got tons of channels, nice balcony, quiet.

My family and I were very satisfied with this hotel, and would recommend it to other families without hesitation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was very good. The wait staff at the breakfast were especially nice and helpful, and should be commended.

“Very impressed”

We were in town for a wedding and brought my 7 year old child. The staff was frindly. The indoor pool was perfect for young children. Close to everything. The room was spacious and having a little balcony was a bonus. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and quick. We go to this area two or three times a year and have stayed at a different hotel, because there was always something we didn't like. Courtyard Marriott Rochester Brighton will be our hotel of choice when we return.

“Nice getaway”

We decided on this hotel for our Valentine's Getaway because it was close to where we had plans for dinner and close to home. We were pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness of the staff, the comfortability of the room, and the wonderful breakfast the next morning. We had a very memorable Valentine's Day.

The room was very clean, great flat screen tv, wireless access - breakfast buffet was good and convenient - coffee available in the lobby was greatly appreciated

We stayed here for 2 days of shopping. Great location, quiet area. The staff provided great customer service. We will stay here again

“Spa-like feel”

This property had a plush, spa-like feel to it. With the exception of a loose toilet, everything was pristine, well-maintained, and attractive. The pool and whirlpool beckoned, and I always appreciate towels being provided for pool use. This was my first time in a Marriott property with a Bistro. I really liked the convenience of having meals and snacks available on site for a reasonable price.

“Nice size clean rooms”

I had a room with a king bed, did not take advantage of the dining or other anemities only because of time contraints. The room was a nice size and seemed even larger due to the higher ceilings. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing is the location is right off the highway and in the middle of a corporate area, hence the address, but if that doesn't bother you then it's a great stay.

This hotel is the best of all!! You always expect to have some bumps and issues when travel often but NOT this time. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff and comfort overall. Our room was shiny new. Well furnished with designer's expertise. The sheets and bed covers were snow white without a trace of weariness. It is located off the road, means quiet nights, no noise. Close to everything. I am planning to go back to this area and definitely coming back to this hotel.
