“Rooms comfortable, updated, and affordable”

Don't let the outdoor, motel look fool you. The rooms are clean with updated furniture and bedding. The bathroom was nice, new paint job on walls, you can tell the new owners really want people to return. The lobby staff was friendly and accommodating. For the price, just passing through, we would definitely stay there again.

“in the area for deer hunting... would come back to stay again”

I stayed there despite some sub par reviews on expedia- come to find out the motel is under new management has been completely renovated and is really nice. The staff was polite, the rooms were nice, clean, no bugs, no issues, and really I would go back in a min. the rate I received was awesome cause other hotels in the area were unaffordable at the time. Microwave and mini fridge in each room is an added bonus. i stayed november 2011- so you know my review is current.

“almost perfect”

I do not like a soft mattress. At home we have always had a firm mattress. The only negitive comment we have is the mattress was rock hard, we did night get a good nights sleep because of it, other wise the hotel was perfect. rm 119

“Friday night out”

The hotel was centrally located in a very convenient area. It was a very basic hotel and room and that is all I wanted and expected. That's the reason I chose it. Just needed a place to crash for the night. Price was worth it.

“This is a fantastic budget motel!”

We stayed at the Best Value Inn from June 1-3. We arrived at approx. 5 p.m. on Friday and checked in. There was a small amount of confusion over our reservation, but it was quickly resolved without issue. We got an amazing deal on the room for 2 nights, so we weren't expecting a Hilton, but were still pleasantly surprised at the clean condition of the room and the privacy it offered. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge and microwave as well. A nice bonus was a window that we could open to let in some fresh air if we chose to do so! I paid the owner a compliment about the condition of the room and he was very pleased to hear it. He then told me about all of the renovations he had been doing recently. The added upkeep was evident and it's nice to know that the owners are interested in keeping the place up to a certain standard. In my opinion, this motel is in a great location. You are no more than a half hour drive from some of the wonderful small towns of the finger lakes region, not to mention places like Rochester or the Waterloo mall. There is a Dunkin Donuts right next to this motel and a grocery store a few minutes walk down the road, not to mention a liquor store on the corner. The casino is a five minute walk away. Would I go back? Definitely. Would I recommend this to friends? I certainly would. I personally couldn't have asked for a better deal or a better place to stay.

“OK room but no amenities”

This hotel is clean and recently remodeled, but has absolutely no amenities. Consequently, I felt the room was too expensive. No contintental breakfast, no pool, no restaurant, no bar. They give wifi access, but it kept cutting out, so I had to re-connect every minute. Plus the beds were full beds, not queen. Could be a problem if you have more than two people. Also, I hate hotels who don't use any fabric softener in their towels - it's like drying yourself with sandpaper! Plus I believe they charged me more than what was quoted.

“not cool”

I booked a king size bed room, when I get there they put us in a 2 twin bed room. aparently they like to give peoples rooms away to people who walk in and say they'll pay more.

“Find a different motel”

The motel is in the middle of renovations. Unfortunately, the room we got was terrible. I think it was about 60 years old. I asked for another room. I was told they were all full. The only positive part was that it was close to everything.
