THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFULL WITH TERRIFIC VIEW OF THE BEACH AND A WONDERFUL HELPFULL STAFF WE FELL IN LOVE WITH RIO AND THE PEOPLE !!!!

Nice hotel with pretty view to the sea. Very calm zone

“Satisfactory Choice”

Rather short on staff during weekends. Complaint about two light bulbs could not be fixed on Saturday night on account they had no staff. They were helpful though in suggesting moving me to another room. The next day the light bulbs were replace without further prompting.

The staff was good, internet service was ok but can improve.

Staff were very helpful. Allowed me internet access on the reception computor as they dont have a business centre of guest computor station

“It's just OK”

Not what you expect from the hotel images on the website, but still is fairly fine property. Service is not up to regular hotels standards and no good restaurant nearby. Location related to a beach property is good. I would say that it is a good budget hotel to stay.

“Reasonable hotel in a peaceful district of Rio”

The experience with this hotel was ok. Don't expect any great luxury. Rio is an expensive place, so even for this price you don't get anything special. But the room was clean, the hotel had a great location with a beautiful view from the balcony, and every day they served an excellent breakfast with a variety of products. However, do bear in mind that the hotel is located quite far away from any Rio tourist attraction. Some safety measures need to be improved: - a room safe opened itself for no reason, - a staff member let me in to my room without asking for any credentials, - another tourist entered my room because of wrong card encoding. Also, one of the days, there was no warm water in the whole hotel.

The hotel needs urgently to undergo renovation. There was street noise in the rooms.

I will never stay again. The service is CERO...!!!
