Já havia me hospedado no hotel há alguns anos e tinha uma ótima impressão dele. No entanto, fiquei um tanto decepcionada. O hotel, de modo geral, está mais decadente (limpeza, conforto das camas, qualidade da roupa de cama e banho e café da manhã). O atendimento pessoal foi bom, nos atendendo num problema em que tivemos que trocar de quarto e a governança foi muito solícita na busca de objetos perdidos.

Bem localizado, quarto bom, mas os funcionários às vezes enrolados. Área do mezanino necessita de limpezas um pouco mais recorrentes, dado que nem todos os hóspedes são educados para limpar as sujeiras que fazem. Café da manhã não inicia no horário marcado, tendo atrasado mais de 50 minutos (desde a abertura do salão) até a disponibilização de todos os itens do café. Tive que atrasar a chegada ao trabalho para não gastar mais e sentir fome durante o expediente. No geral, um pouco desorganizado, mas se fizer um pouco de vista grossa, dá para aproveitar legal.

Usei o hotel em uma emergência, pois meu carro ficou na garagem que fechou e eu cheguei atrasado. Bastante simples, com um café honesto e preço condizente. Cama um pouco barulhenta e local de muito agito noturno. Para o que eu precisava foi adequado

Prezados,não recomendo este hotel para ninguém.Fiz a reserva através de vocês solicitando uma cama de casal.Ao chegar no hotel me foi cobrado R$ 70,00 a mais pela cama de casal.Subi até a acomodação,para minha surpresa o quarto péssimo,empoeirado,cheiro de mofo,o telefone tinha teia de aranha,a cama ...MEU DEUS,a cama.Horrível.Sempre viajo a trabalho e como tenho problemas de coluna sempre peço uma cama confortável me deram um"tijolo" em forma de cama em um quarto sem condições e o pior ME COBRAM R$ 70,00 a mais pelo "tijolo" de cama de casal?! Enfim,desci mesmo sabendo que não poderia cancelar mais a reserva porém NÃO fiquei no hotel. Tentei contato com o Expedia,sem sucesso.Ou seja,tive mais um gasto extra em outro hotel que tive que reservar direto na cara e na coragem.Correndo riscos de "ficar na rua".Peço que o Expedia reveja essas regras de cancelamento porque tive 2 gastos duplos sendo que um nem usufrui.Estou chateadíssima e me sentido lesada.Porque nem o Expedia me ajudou.Aguardo um retorno.Renata Santos

The hotel employees were welcoming and friendly, especially the front desk and in the restaurant. Both buses and Metro stations are very close and in safe areas. The evenings offered a unique entertainment venue being in the Lapa district, which was fun and presented great local food - you just need to get past the dirty nature of old neighbourhoods. Tours can be arranged at front desk.
