Excellent stay at Spark by Hilton! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the mini fridge was very convenient. We also loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was plentiful and easy.
The highlight of our stay was Anand (“Andy”) at the front desk. We were traveling with our grandson, who is on the autism spectrum, and Andy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression. He is truly an asset to this hotel.
The housekeeping staff was also wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere.
There was no microwave in the room, but there was a very clean microwave available in the common area near the front desk and snack shop, which was convenient.
We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked beautiful, especially at night when the lights changed colors, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. My only suggestion would be to add a waffle maker or another hot breakfast option.
