"This was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay at the end of 2025 was excellent. The location is great, the room was clean, and I had no issues, which is why I decided to return.
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. From the first day, the room only had towels for two guests even though there were three of us. I had to contact the front desk multiple times because housekeeping kept replacing the towels with only two sets after cleaning the room.
The first staff member I spoke with was very kind and arranged for extra towels to be delivered. The second time, I was simply handed towels at the front desk and asked to take them to the room myself.
On our last night, there was no hot water, so all three of us had to take cold showers. We were also missing a towel again.
A few days after checkout, I noticed a charge on my card. When I called, I was told it was for parking. I was asked about my vehicle at check-in and given a parking tag, but I was never informed that parking would be charged separately. During my previous stay, I was not charged for parking, so this was unexpected.
I still like the hotel and its location, but compared to my first stay, this visit was much less enjoyable."
