On arrival the room was too warm -- 76 degrees. I pushed the down button -- no change in temp. Picked up the phone to tell front desk -- phone was broke. Went to front desk -- saw sign to go to motel next door. Grrr. (A/C was too complicated -- had to push "mode" to change temp.)

The main reason I booked my room at Rodeway was.... At Rodeway you get The Most Bang for Your Buck. I had a mid sized room with two queens and a Shepherd eating area and a huge bathroom for the low low cost of a $51 per night. And you get free breakfast

Eggs for breakfast is a must. Who’s many bread items? Splenda is needed. Take away blue and pink sugars which are chemicals. Oat meal or pancake can be added. The outrightly under influence of alcohol and drugs must denied admission. My whole stay was ruined because of a highly intoxicated man checked in after me. The corridors are smelling of marijuana. No pets. No drugs. No alcohol must be strict.

Room are smelly, carpet are nasty n sticky. Phone are old and so sticky tgat u can dial the button. Also no clerk yo ck in or ck out . Need to walk to another motel to check in and out . Clerk did not address time for breakfast as and password for wifi so i need to walk back to check all info out myself. Breakfast served too early 6am - 9am - n I missed it . Also book through expedia n found out same day i have a fraud charge. Either from clerk at office or from expedia . Luckily i got text from bank so i stop $600 charges

There was bugs we had to change rooms. Noise late night, fighting, in one room the heat did not work. Drain in the tub was backed up. The office is closed so u have to go over to econo lodge, and the list goes on

It was very dirty inside and out. First room I got the door was open before I got to the room and had no sheets and blankets. They changed my room but was still not clean inside the next room

Family friendly large suite for great price!
Overall very clean and spacious stay. Free breakfast consisted of bagels,toast,muffins ,juice ,coffe and cereal and was in another motel next door.

Rodeway Stay - Rehoboth.
The room was OK - (rooms are dated) as clean as it can be when dated. The Bathroom vanity was in very ruff shape. the Bed and sheets were clean. There was only 1 chair at the table. The refrigerator had BLACK mode around the seal which would only take a quick wipe to clean off (as I did it with a Lysol wipe). My main concern was the door jam was very lose and the door could of been easily pushed in. The door latch did not secure properly. Which made me feel not so safe. I check the doors near me and they were all secure. So it was our room that needed repaired. I did put the chair in front of the door (just in case) It was a 1 night stay. Check in and check out was friendly. I went down for breakfast at 8:30am There was nothing left but dry cereal , no milk. There was Coffee and Tea. There were no Bagels or bread for toast. Nothing else. I have stayed at Rodeway before it is OK for the price. 5* on the room size it was big and roomy. Thank You

The staff were excellent and friendly. We got to check in earlier which was nice since we had an infant. The bed was nice and comfy, the rooms were clean. Some of the suite needs updated, kinda not really worth what we paid.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Rodeway. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 6. Conveniently located near shopping, eateries, and a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. The staff was pleasant and check-in and check-out was very quick and simple. I will be returning again.

When I first book this I was not to convicted about the location but overall it wasn't bad at all. Check in was easy, walking distance to a Sea food buffet and restaurant, outlets and other restaurants. When we first got there the air conditioner wasn't working right by the time we unpack and went to the pool the had replaced the all thing. The brought towels, change garage and clean the floors within the first two day. By the third day we came back and the rooms wasn't touch at all. It took me 2 call for the just to bring towels and change the garbages not even clean the floors or asked if we needed anything else, after that incident the maintenance guy apologized and things to around but the were no apologize from the front desk and no one never came and clean.. Check out was fast and easy the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

Has a nice pool and walking distance to 2 restaurants. Only thing I didn’t care for which is out of their control is neighboring rooms have no respect to others. Loud music and yelling and shouting. That was the first it happened to us.

The property itself was in a great location. It is only 10 minutes from the beach and it is surrounded by everything. Very accessible. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Even though it was very clean, it is in dire need of a makeover. The rooms need renovations dearly!!
