Website says sleeps 4 adults but had no accommodations for 4 ppl. They had one full size bed at best and no other sleeping options. I don’t understand where the other two people were supposed to sleep. When asked we had a very kind gentleman who tried to help us and young lady. But we got referred to one woman who said I should have read there was no sofa bed, but then why don’t you say it sleeps 2 ppl or at best 3 if someone could really fit on that tiny couch to sleep on. I have traveled all my life and stayed in numerous places and if they say it sleeps this many ppl they have accommodations for that many. It was even a struggle to give us extra blankets so we could sleep on the floor ( with all the dog fur and smell). They said I can pay the rate for another room. I didn’t want to argue, we were given no explanation or help. She had no customer service skills and just said, nothing we can do. I never write bad reviews but this place really surprised me. The hallway wreaked of marijuana and we also found an old sock and a toenail in our room. I would not book here. When you run a business only to make money without concern of your guests/customers, it’s not a good business. To me it was not worth anywhere near the price, I would understand if it was under 100 a night then no complaints. But you charge so much for what.

Love the Walmart across the street and spacious and the tv wasn’t working in our room and the guy that checked us in was also maintenance and came right up and helped us. AWESOME we will be back

Probably wouldnt stay here again , check in was at 3pm , didnt get to check in until 4:30pm due to room not being cleaned , they gave us the room and when we entered it was very dirty so we had to wait an hour and a half for it to be cleaned .

Original room we were checked into had bad odor. We were moved to a new room without question although it took some time to find an empty room for us. Garbage in common area piled up overnight so was overflowing by morning. I was not aware this was an extended stay location when booked. More like apartments than I expected

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the room was horrible. The sheets/bedding was not clean. There was trash under the bed, the sink was dirty, and the entire suite smelled like a landfill. We figured out that it was food left in the garbage disposal that was never emptied. Once cleared out the smell went away. The property is still really nice overall they just need to make sure they are conducting room inspections properly.
